The Villa "Monte Pardal" is a newly rebuilt villa of 350 m² with 2 floors, located between Olhão and Fuseta, in the middle of the "Ria Formosa" Natural Park.

Pleasant and charming, “Monte Pardal” has its own mediterranean garden of 12.000 m², a heated pool (10m x 5m) with solar panels and a heat pump to ensure a good temperature all over the year, 3 spacious terraces around the house and a big stone barbecue.

For even more comfort, the villa’s inside temperature is regulated by a hot/cold system by the ground. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with toilet,  bath and shower. Each upstairs room overlooks to a large balcony with Ria Formosa and ocean views.

You will be able to prepare your meals thanks to the fully equipped and functional kitchen. Find all the local and fresh products in nearby markets, such as Fuseta, Olhão, Tavira or Moncarapacho, and discover the secrets of portuguese cuisine.

You can practice all kinds of outdoor activities nearby. Enjoy the benefits of walking, jogging and cycling on “Ecovia”, or improve yourself on paddle, kite surfing, canoeing and sailing as well. For the children, after a long day at the beach, a large playground awaits them in the garden.

The villa is located in Bias do Sul - Fuseta, 30 minutes away from the airport, 8 minutes from the Fuseta beach and 36 minutes from the border with Spain.

Monte Pardal, "Mount Sparrow" in english, is a place for nature lovers.
